Welcome to Mrs. Kate's Class

My name is Kate Bowman, and I have been in education for 18 years. I spent 9 years as an assistant in Kindergarten at Mamie Martin Elementary School in Brookhaven, MS.  These last 9 years I have had the privilege of teaching Kindergarten through 2nd grade. This will be my 3rd consecutive year in Kindergarten at Monticello Elementary School. I have a daughter who is entering 8th grade at Alexander Junior High School. My hobbies include playing the piano, singing, reading, and spending time with my family and friends.
